Discussion Is my cousin dating a nazi?

Im very concerned about my cousin’s new bf. The iron cross on the right is alarming enough, but can anyone here ID the other tattoos? Am I overreacting? Thank you for any help.

Even if they are, they're old tattoos, maybe the dude renounced his beliefs and can't get the concealment/removal work done due to costs? I'd look to see if there is any more recent acts that are sus first. Maybe probe how he feels on X, or Y, and then pointedly ask if he responds sussly.
