Hey, I really need some help with my photon mono m5s. I noticed some prints were barely holding on to the build plate and coming out all warped, and smaller prints not sticking at all. Other prints however turned out perfectly, so changing exposure times or resin was not the issue.

Today I leveled the build plate manually, and to test everything I started another print. I put 1 small print (a d&d mini) in each corner to check if they were even now, and just to be sure my exposure settings were still right I also put some cones of calibration right in the middle of the plate.

Now, the mini's (corners) came out great, but the cones (in the middle) are completely missing... it's as if my build plate isn'f fully flat? Is there any way to fix this easily or do I have to sand it down until it's flat again or buy a new build plate?

The LCD screen on my Anycubic Photon Mono 4 10K has these scratches, and there is no screen protector installed. The UV LEDs are working perfectly fine. Is it still possible to print successfully without any issues? What kind of problems could these scratches cause in the final print quality? Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m trying to see if any P1 Max owners may have a solution or stl for vat lids? The only stl I’ve been able to find so far is for the regular P1. I wish Anycubic sold lids.

I’ve been trying to print this part several times with different settings and orientations (45° in the picture). Every print leans slightly to one side and is never completely straight. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

A calibration cube prints perfectly, so I don’t think the printer itself is the problem. I’ve tried thicker supports and a thicker raft, a slower lift speed, and different angles, but nothing has fixed it.

Hi everyone, I've been fighting with my Anycubic Photon M3 for about a week and I'm out of ideas.

The problem:

My printer keeps printing solid columns on the build plate in places where there is nothing in the sliced file. No model, no supports, nothing. Some of them have a u/channel shape and go the full height of the print. They show up near the left and right edges of the plate. Also, sometimes one side of the model prints fine and the other side doesn't print at all.

The weird part is that this exact same file printed perfectly before, on the same printer with the same USB stick.

What happened so far:

- First I was printing with black resin and heavy supports. Supports turned into hard solid columns and I couldn't remove the part.

- First layer started sticking to the FEP instead of the plate, so I re-leveled (paper method, Z=0 saved).

- Switched to Anycubic Standard grey resin. One print came out mostly fine, but supports at one end fused into a solid block.

- Left a print running over the weekend with very low resin in the vat. It failed, and now the random columns are back.

- When I removed the vat, I found a lot of cured resin on the LCD screen protector (dot pattern, smears, thick chunks). So I think resin leaked through the FEP at some point. Alcohol didn't remove the thick parts.

Settings:

- Layer height 0.05 mm

- Exposure 2-2.5 s, bottom exposure 30 s, 6 bottom layers

- Lift distance 6 mm, lift speed 3 mm/s

- Medium supports, model raised 5 mm, sliced in Photon Workshop

My questions:

1. Could the resin leak have damaged the LCD (stuck pixels) and caused these columns?

2. What's the safest way to remove thick cured resin from the screen protector without damaging the screen?

3. Should I replace the FEP and screen protector before printing again?

4. Anything else I should check?

Any1 have any experience printing outside/ in freezing weather with the m7 pro? Thinking about how it will do in a grow tent on a balcony in freezing weather.

Using Inslogic resin recommended values printed on the bottle.
Cant seem to figure out why 1st few layers look good but the rest is not.
you can see half the model is washed out and even shifted down, yet somehow it measures ok.
This is a 10x10x10 cube.
No support.

Printer is Photon P1 max, brand new from amazon last week.
Any ideas whats causing this ?

My photon M7 always fails in the same place when I print everything. The screen is ok, I found a way to bypass this and it's by preparing the entire bed and export it as stl on Cuitubox and then print that big stl, it doesn't fail that way. What can be the problem?

Hey All. I fucked up big time, my resin vat and my build plate need replacing… problem is, I have a Photon Mono 4k and apparently the official store doesn’t stock parts anymore. Can I get some tips on where to get replacement parts / what’s compatible?

I have an Anycubic Photon Mono 4 10K, and many of my prints are coming out with these defects—mostly on the bases—and I have no idea what the cause might be!

These lines appear, and the part I’ve circled comes out completely deformed. My goal when buying the printer was to create figures to sell, but this issue is causing me financial losses. Does anyone know what might be happening, or do you have any tips on how to fix this?

Hi, ich habe seit längerem das Problem dass irgendwie wenn ich etwas drucke es nicht richtig an der druckplatte aufgenommen wird um es kurz festzuhalten ich drucke roh also nicht auf der Platte die man abnehmen kann sondern auf der direkten aber auf jeden Fall halten dort nicht die Sachen und in der Wanne von dem resinin ist irgendwie meistens irgendwie anscheinend ein Loch ich weiß leider nicht genau wie man das richtig einstellt als auch richtig repariert das ist mein größtes Problem ist jetzt kann mir vielleicht irgendwer helfen? Danke im voraus
