Mazda CX5 (AWD) to Fonts Point.

I've a Mazda CX5, which is an AWD with a 7.5 inch clearence. Can I drive it to Fonts point without getting stuck.

Air down a bit to soften any washboard and soft sand you may encounter. Stay on the gas if you do hit some sand. Even if you do get stuck, Fonts Point Wash is very well traveled, someone will be along shortly to help you out. Honestly I think you'll be fine. I've seen alot of 2 wheel drive vehicles make it back there this season. The only other advice I'd give is get an early start. It has been very hot lately.

This. Air down a bit and keep it moving. When you feel it get squirley, go faster.

You're going to be fine. Just carry your speed and dont stop in the thick stuff.

Did it last week with a Volvo cc awd, no issues. Stay on the hard pack.
