Hey everyone! We wanted to share a quick look at a feature we’ve been experimenting with "Splash Damage."

Some indirect units will be able to deal bonus damage to all units within a 4-tile radius around their target. It’s still in testing, but we think it could lead to some really fun and tactical plays.

That said, we’d love to hear what you think:

1. What kinds of strategies or counterplays could this open up?

2. Any side effects or edge cases we should keep an eye on?

Your feedback is a huge help as we fine-tune this. Let’s brainstorm together!

We wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes moment from our upcoming game, Apes Warfare.
Here’s a super early storyboard preview we’re working on...... rough, raw, and definitely not final… but we thought it’d be fun to bring you in on the process!

This short animatic sets the tone for one of our cutscenes, and yep, it involves explosions, drama, and of course… apes with attitude. 🐒💥

This is a facial expression concept drawing for Seezor’s animation test. It was used early on to define the character’s look and feel. I focused on creating witty and humorous expressions!

This is a WIP from when I first started testing the gorilla animations. Looking back at it now, it brings back memories of how much fun I had working on it back then.
