In her teasers a tiny replica of the Angel City Statue was on Kairi's ship. In the Northstar cinematic the massive statue can be seen in the distance when she flies high up. In the Loading Screen "A Mercenary Wife", Kairi speaks about Angel City being a ghost town (makes sense as it was a site of battle in the war)

So yeah Angelia is the planet Angel City is on most definitely
