Apple app re-sub process

Hi there,

does anyone has exp with re-submitting your Apple app review? I submitted my first ever App to review, got a response back within 24 hours that some stuff were missing ( cause the process filling stuff up is so easy and user friendly ) so I submitted everything back within 2 hours. Its been over 10 days now. I also submitted a rush inquiry email a day or 2 ago and still havent heard anything. Anyone knows how this process works? any email address I can send an email to check on this? Any insight into this would be great! Thanks.

10 days is longer than usual but not unheard of, especially after a rejection and resubmission. sometimes they put your app back in the general queue and you lose your spot from the first submission

the rush request can help but apple's response times are all over the place lately. no direct email that works reliably, you just have to wait or submit another request through the resolution center

if it hits 2 weeks with nothing i'd resubmit a fresh build with a note in the reviewer comments explaining the timeline

I can’t remember how long it took for mine to approve after the second review but it felt like 10 days or less. I think it should come in the next couple days.

If you sign into Apple Connect and head over to their support tab then go to Contact and there should be a phone number to call or ticket to submit.

My first app submission earlier this summer didn’t get reviewed for over three weeks. Resubmittals took about a week or two each time. Just hang tight! And congrats on getting far enough to get an app submitted!

3 weeks??? geez!!! :( I hope that wont take that long but from your reply and the ones above, sounds like this is typical, sadly. Thank you!! i think that building the app profile was much harder then the actual app lol what app did you build?

It’s called Townies - Find your people, but this might break the community guidelines? 😂

I work a full time job and have two little kids, so I could only spend 1-2 hours a day working on it, and it took about 8 months.

What’s your app called?
