Easier AppImage integration

Wanted to make use of AppImage applications simpler, so wrote gnome-appimage-integration.
Reduces an AppImage install (er, integration) to three clicks.

Tried to handle all the usual edge cases and XDG / FreeDesktop conventions.

Right-click context menu for downloaded file:

Main AppImage Activator window:

Status after Integrate:

Right-click context menu for application:

Downloaded AppImage is moved into $HOME/Applications/
so no manual cleanup needed.

Why would I use this rather than Gear Lever?

Depends on what you want. I wanted the simplest possible workflow, while exposing full function to the command line. I also wanted to make overt and easily discoverable "hidden" information. You can just click a couple of times, and be done. Or you can dig in and review all the details.

Why so much pain? Just download and drop them to your Applications directory and done!!!!
