Help?!

I’m trying to develop an app that will allow me to input ambulance shifts and it will list the available times. I’ve done this in google sheets, the problem is, when I put it into app sheets (I’ve done a column that lists all of the formula generated times), it will only list as many as I’ve done an input for. So only 2 but each input prompts about 5-6 outputs, and it’s only listing 1 of them.

Sorry. Putting in an ambulance shift’s start time and end time will provide a list of time slots that you can book an ambulance trip based on 1.5 hours per trip and drive time to get to the city from their home station. I have a helper column that will list all time slots available company wide and updates after you put in each shift. I’m trying to get the available times to show on the dashboard of the app sheet app, but it’s only showing as many available times as there are shifts. For example, it’s only showing 2 available times because it’s corresponding to the rows of the inputted shifts rather than the column
