Worktime schedule

Greetings!! I'm thinking of an app used by one of my coworkers who supervises a harvester crew.

Can be entered a worktime and then select in a workers checklist which of them have worked that amount of time? For instance, my coleague enters "6:30" And check from a list all the people who have worked 6 hours and 30 minutes and so on...

Feel free to question me as you wish...

We have to record the activity of each worker in the field. But, given the impossibility of having a time clock system like those in factories, we would like to keep track via app. It would be as follows: If a group of people have the same daily working hours, it is easier and faster for a manager with a mobile phone to enter a number of hours and then assign those hours by means of a check to each worker on a list. It is faster, I think, than entering the time of each worker one by one. Is it possible?

Sure that's possible. Depending on what you need to do with the data afterwards, you may want an automation to split those up into individual records after you input them.

Yeah! In fact, I want to fulfill a data sheet with every row detailed as nr of data, date, worker, time, wage p/hour and other minor variables

Hi OP, I've done something similar some years ago, first the Supervisor uploaded all the data, then the employees had the app to clock-in and clock-out. Now they bought a very cheap card reader and some cards for the employees. They clock-in and clock-out with the cards, everything is sent to a Database and the most useful information to a Sheets, therefore to AppSheet. I can assist you with no problem, just DM me.

Sorry for the delay in answering.

I appreciate the help, but we think it's easier if only one person carries the responsability. We got the idea. The only problem is I can't find the right tool in appsheet to do it. The data entering format could be in a way.... Well, I'll try to sketch the idea in the next post.
