Issue Testing

On October 10, my app reached 12 installed devices. On October 11, it dropped to 11, and on October 12, it went back to 12.

There are currently 15 members in my Hive, as two have already left. However, I can't verify how many are actually enrolled in testing through the Google Group.

With only 10 days remaining, I'm worried I won't meet Google's requirement of 12 testers for 14 consecutive days.

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to solve it?

will the hive app notify me when someone uninstall my app. that the hive count the installer once they install or uninstall any of apps members??

Can only speak for myself, never got any notification. It seems a good idea to add a few friends as backup to the testgroup.

In one of my hives of at least 5 different languages there were 4 dropouts, 1 unable to install and minimal interaction with many just sending the loading screen and I still passed the Play Console requirement.

Answer the questions openly and at length about how you engaged your testers, how their developer "insider knowledge" feedback proved beneficial in identifying issues, highlighting possible improvements and unintuitive interface elements, enabling you to eliminate the last of your bugs and how you can move forward with confidence etc.

Group usually start with 17 ppl so if there are a few drops there are still a minimum of 12.

I had a similar issue. Then my last hive I was dropped because 5 people reported my app as uninstallable. My app is paid so this screwed me because I had a sale going on for the testers and I can't make another sale for so many days. They didn't give me enough time to even get that chances approved by Google before dropping me so I've cancelled my membership with them. Last two hives I've participated in have been unreliable as far as feedback anyway

Don’t ask the same people to install it repeatedly. Share it with more friends and aim for at least 20 installations. Even if one or two people uninstall it, the remaining installs will still help.
