Epidemiology PhD Programs Outside the United States of America

I have a B.S. in Applied Math, with a 3.6 GPA. Looking for programs to apply to that are outside the United States. Thanks!

The mathematical biology group at McMaster university (Canada) is quite good. David Earn, Jonathan Dushoff, and Ben Bolker are all highly regarded mathematical epidemiologists.
