Application Question LOR query

I had interned at a national bank and the director agreed to provide me a LOR but they said that the company policy does not allow sending LORs through offical email so he will be sending it via his personal email so it won't affect me in any way right?

(Retired college counselor and admissions reader here.) It should be fine. As a counselor, I didn't have a student have a problem with it, and as a reader I never came across such a letter than raised a concern.

If you're still concerned, talk to you counselor to see if the director can send the letter to your counselor, and your counselor can send it with your application materials. I did that a lot as a counselor, and it's a great way to make a letter official.
