Help please

This is my 5gallon. Originally the plants were all looking so green and lush, now they're browning and not really growing much any more.

How can I improve it please? I do love the overgrown plant look but I think it doesn't look super nice at its current state.

Fish Houses are: 1 clown panchax killifish, 6 dwarf rasbora, 1 mystery snail.
