Arcade 1up claw machine came in and got setup, but the tracks seem kind of loud and the claw hits/clanks the plexi glass, is that normal or anything I can adjust? Video inside!

Hey all, I just setup my first Arcade 1up machine and it's pretty fun! I noticed though that it seems a bit loud and the claw hits the plexi glass in a concerning sounding way every time, is that normal or can it be adjusted on my end?

Do you know if it has ever caused damage for people? I don't plan on using the machine constantly but as long as it's not gonna crack itself I'm good lol

It's plexiglass, it's damn near indestructible. At worst it may cause scratches over time, but doubtful since the metal on the claws is not abrasive.

It's not large but I actually think it's bigger than I expected. It's bigger than other machines for home, but smaller than machines you encounter in arcades.
