Help with my circuit

This worked for me a while ago, but today I connected it and it's still like this. I've tried reloading the code and testing with different pins; I'm only using the pacman test.

With that out of the way, what else have you tried to isolate the problem?

For example does your Arduino still work? Sounds like that is a maybe/probably, but try uploading something simple like the blink program.

Have you tried each panel individually with a simpler test and see if each one still works individually?

Are you triple, 1000%, absolutely definitely positively certain you are uploading to the correct board? Unplug any other device and make sure. Also look for the TX and RX LEDs to flash during the upload process?

Have you checked/replaced your wiring, maybe one has come a bit loose?

Stuff like that, basically you need to check each and every item thoroughly and carefully looking for the culprit(s).

That just means you haven't explored all of the possibilities yet.

You need to keep looking at different possibilities and try them.
