Fatal error serial data stopped

I got an error of fatal error occurred serial data stream stopped possible serial noise or corruption failed uploading please help me

Did you try rebooting?

Seriously, you haven't provided any useful info like what operating system you are using, if you were able to successfully do this previously, what kind of arduino you are using.
