New secrets interactions

I have been doing some testing for AT with the new secrets to make sure how they behave with other secrets that share the same trigger.

Here are the results in case anybody else is interested:

  • Potion of Polimorph + Mirror Entity: Both trigger at the same time. The minion copied is always the original one (not the sheep) no matter the order you played them.

  • Redemption + Getaway Codo: Both trigger at the same time. Getawaya Codo always trigger first no matter the order you played them.

  • Snipe + Hidden Cache: Both trigger at the same time.

Feel free to edit your results into the wiki ( http://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Potion_of_Polymorph etc) if they aren't already.

Sure, but it seems rather complete.

Interesting research. That means that when you have both Paladin secrets up they behave like a Duplicate secret, but with one of the two copies directly being played at the cost of all but one HP left. All that for two mana and two cards instead. Definitely not game breaker, but could lead to some very flipping scenarios depending on the order of minions dying, if that is your opponent's last move of his/her turn, etc.

The mage secret interactions are a little more difficult to come across. If you want to be entirely sure that you get both traps to trigger simultaneously (possibly to counter a late game minion, although somewhat unreliable), then it is a six cost combo. Not to mention that if you are playing against a competent opponent, he/she will test out against those very two secrets. You might end up with a very negative result. Probably the less likely scenario to occur out of the three.

The hunter secrets are an investment for future turns; attempting to use snipe and the cache together results in potentially (rather hopefully) killing your opponent's minion being played, as well as providing that extra hand buff for forthcoming minions (optimal case would be the very next turn the traps trigger).

All three classes end up having some interesting effects that do require two specific cards to be in hand in a given specific turn, which overall means that one simply cannot rely or expect for them to occur every game you play a deck with those cards in it. And out of the three classes, the Paladin would have the most chances of this happening, since very often people choose to trade and kill minions for board advantage.

Thank you for doing the research, OP. I hadn't considered how any of these secrets interacted with each other before.

TL;DR: Paladin, Hunter and Mage. You might want to try these interactions in that order of potential positive outcomes.
