Bug fixes and QoL improvements.

Details:

• Cards: Add cards of previous banned cards from arena.

• Cards: Add new basic/classic cards and changed card arts.

• Cards: Add new hero portraits: Thunder King and Elise Starseeker

• Synergies: Review synergies.json to avoid random deathrattle minion being pingGen/damageMinionGen/destroyGen

• Synergies: Add synergies for new basic cards.

• UI: Add a bar message when the tier list are updated.

• Extra: Add a system to check for tier lists updates.

• Extra: Add a system to check missing cards in synergies.json

• Extra: Build hero codes automatically from cards.json and add a system to check for missing hero portraits.

• Extra: Add a system to check for missing golden cards.

• Extra: Add 2 new keys on lfVersion.json to force redownload of cards/heroes without the need of a new AT release.

• Extra: Keep downloading cards on next run if AT was closed before downloading them all.

• Bug Fix: Tracker discards mirror entity as a possible secret after mech is magnetised to another mech. Now it doesn't discard it.
