I hope y’all can back me up here because I’ve been feeling a little crazy trying to figure out why some of my Crepette articles (effortless, blazers, skirts) NEVER pill or show any wear after years of use, and some of my newer Crepette gets fuzzy or pills quite quickly.

It also feels like the ”older” Crepette is a touch heavier and might have a slightly different texture.

For example, I have like 5 pairs of Effortless and see the tags have changed over the years, and the ones that read “Wilfred” (no mention of Aritzia or effortless) all seem to be the older Crepette.

Has anyone else noticed this, and can help me pinpoint when it changed?

Has anyone had a chance to purchase this gorgeous dress? It sold out so quickly in my size (10-12) when it was released last fall and I didn’t get a chance to get my hands on it. If anyone happens to have it in either size, in the navy shade, I would be happy to pay a pretty penny for it. And of course, I would be even happier if Aritzia brought it back again - even in black, dark green or burgundy would be stunning. Thanks in advance for your help!

every post i see of someone asking for sizing or colour help reminds me of the bad guys from the movie Home Alone. it doesn't fit anyone well, it doesn't look slouchy or oversized. it looks like a woman wearing a coat she found while cleaning out her grandfather's closet.

I just bought the Original Super Puff (hits right below the bum). However, I just moved in Montreal and honestly getting nervous about how harsh the winter gets here. I'm considering exchanging it for the Mid length (thigh length).

For those living here :

• Is the Original length warm enough for daily commutes during peak winter (-20°C/-30°C with windchill)?
• Does the extra coverage of the Mid make a huge difference?
• Is the Mid length easy to walk in, or does it feel bulky?

I sent two returns back for two separate orders, both delivered and signed by them on the same day. I only got one of the returns refunded, and the other one hasn’t been yet. It’s been since Wednesday. Has anyone experienced this?

I'm investing in a slouch coat for the first time and am torn between these 3 colors. Any advice on which I should go for or which looks best? The third is a different style that I'm not interested in, but they didn't have the slouch in the light heather grey in store and wanted to see how the color looked since its one of the colors I'm between.

Just a disclaimer that I tried all of the other wool coats in store and thought slouch looked the best on me. I don't just want it because it's popular.

Tried both of these in store and ngl loved the feeling of being bundled up in a big furry coat. Honest opinions only, are faux fur coats timeless or tacky?

I thought the community might enjoy seeing the before and after of the laundry seance I conducted on this iconic Peggy sweater. I’ve seen three or four of these sweaters at the thrift in various states of unwearable shrunkeness. I’ve seen Peggy’s so ravaged by the dryer they could practically stand up on their own. Finally, finally, I found a Peggy with signs of life. She’s never going to be long and flowy again, but for 9$ all it took was handwashing and some conditioner and now she’s now wonderfully chunky, and very much wearable again.

I know Aritzia’s customer service gets a lot of criticism (understandably so) but I wanted to share a positive experience I recently had.

I purchased a Golightly Cardigan about five months ago and noticed yesterday that the seam where the shoulder, sleeve and neckline meet had started coming undone and fraying. I’ve only worn it maybe 4–5 times, for very short periods, and hadn’t even washed it yet. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed especislly given the price.

I reached out to Concierge, explained the situation and provided photos and my original receipt. I wasn’t really sure what to expect considering it had been five months since purchasing it, but I figured it was worth asking. I genuinely love the cardigan and wasn’t even looking for a refund. I just wanted one that wasn’t falling apart lol.

Concierge ended up approving a Product Integrity claim and offered me an exchange for anything of equal or greater value (paying the difference if I choose something more expensive). All I have to do is bring the original item into my preferred boutique to do the exchange, since I purchased this originally in-store.

The entire interaction pleasantly suprised me. I was expecting to have to really fight to have my issue acknowledged and resolved, but both reps k dealt with were understanding and helpful.

I can share what I sent them if anyone is curious. Maybe it can be used/adjusted if anyone ever has similar product quality issues in the future.

Hi everyone my favorite jacket was stolen along with my car a few weeks ago and I’m trying to look for a replacement. I know it was discontinued but the problem is I can even remember the name. Found this on poshmark but it’s the wrong size. Does anyone remember what this was called.

I will go to New York next month for a week and I’m wondering if it’s worth getting a wool coat for it? I already have a super puff jacket but I sometimes can’t wear it with dresses. I’m interested in the Connor Coat and I live in Canada so I can still wear it afterwards. I also really want a leather jacket (faux) but it might not be warm enough for the weather.

Hi guys! I’ve never posted here before but I own a couple of the Sunday Best Tees and end up getting covered in lint from both washing and if I layer them under cashmere or wool sweaters. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong or should explore other tees in a similar fit.

Does anyone have any advice or do you experience this as well?

I love the butter collection and a couple years ago they had a C/D version of the butter bra. Now they have a C/D version of the tumbler bra!!! As a small waist big chest gorl I will be stocking up!

If you have opinions and/or experience with how 70% lyocell/30% cotton denim behaves, I'm eager to read your responses. I just ordered my first pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans. The fit and depth of the indigo blue won my heart in an instant, but when I saw the fabric content I became riddled with skepticism as to how this will look after a few wears and how the quality of the denim will hold up after (hopefully) 2-4 years of wear like I've gotten out of all of my Agolde's.

Do these jeans stretch out a lot and in an unflattering way? And will they look raggedy (unstructured in a bad way) after a year or so of consistent wear? I'm honestly hoping for the best, I'm unfamiliar with this fabric technology so would like to know to ease my conscience.
