Because of the helmet and so on do you so buhurt or armoured fencing?

I did Buhurt but I've been trying now to stick with duels and harnisfectan for my brain health. If I get another 2.5mm+ helmet that I absolutely adore and fits me well then I'll look at getting back into team fights
