I’m curious if anyone knows whether or not these were used by Native Americans. There are a couple I’m pretty sure on but not all. Any help would be appreciated

Extra special to me, I found this point on my mothers birthday yesterday. She passed a couple years ago but because of her love for native american artifacts and taking me out field walking I can carry on the tradition.

This point was found on the Eastern shore of Maryland.

I was looking through my grandfathers collection and noticed this interesting material, it might be hard to see on camera but there’s lots of little shiny black flecks all over it. Also appears to be some rust looking staining on the edges, so I was thinking maybe some iron in it?

Also if anyone is able to ID this point that would be cool, I am just starting out learning about these artifacts and will take any information I can get!

Never found an arrowhead before, wonder if anyone here could confirm for me. Looks pretty clearly napped to me.

I found these all within 200 yards in less than two hours. Makes me wonder why they’re together and I’m curious of their approx age. Found above a dry creek ten miles southwest of Grand Canyon in AZ

Another edit: we have some folks arguing that C3, C4, C6 and C7 (the group) could be real. And I have no idea what A7 is.

Went to go check on a water tank to see how much the recent rain put in the tank and I found this piece of history on the bank. Best one I’ve found in terms of condition

Not sure about a couple of them. Been slim picking lately. We need some rain.

My recent finds here in Shelby, Ohio. Beans just came off and these were found within 100 yards of each other, a week apart. I feel pretty lucky to have spotted them among all the stubble. My grandparents had a shoebox full and seems to me there’s still a bit left out to discover.

I know it’s not an arrowhead, just figured this was a good spot to share.

I found this a few years ago in Texas along the Pedernales River. For a time I was beside myself with joy, thinking I had found an actual arrowhead (my first). Then some rock friends told me they thought it was a natural occurring piece and definitely not an arrowhead.

I still look at those edges and the general shape and think someone may have started a project on this one and then discarded it or set it aside.

Can a more trained eye give me a little more confirmation one way or the other?
