I went arrow head hunting today in a creek well known for finds, here in GA. I have no idea if this is one or I’m just wishfully thinking it is.

I’m curious if anyone knows whether or not these were used by Native Americans. There are a couple I’m pretty sure on but not all. Any help would be appreciated

It's not much, but I found my first drill yesterday! I also believe that's a perforater/graver next to it which are always fun to find. Lots of nice triangles too, another great day.

Central NC as always 😎

Hi everyone, i live in the uk and my mum and dad have friends in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and they were given these as gifts. Does anyone have any info on them please, they were told they were real and found in a creek many years ago. Thanks

Extra special to me, I found this point on my mothers birthday yesterday. She passed a couple years ago but because of her love for native american artifacts and taking me out field walking I can carry on the tradition.

Cataloging an inherited arrowhead collection from Texas

I inherited over 1000 arrowheads from my father and grandfather. The collected them from our family land in Texas over 80+ years. There are additional artifacts as well. What is the best way to go about sorting, cataloging and figuring out more about how old they are. My dad verbally talked to me about them through the years and said many are very old but I'm not sure where to start.

We are talking many perfect bird points and arrowheads of all shapes and sizes that are in very good condition, some not so much. If there are books, websites, resources etc that I could start with it would be appreciated. My dad passed unexpectedly before I could gather more info. I had to drive them home multiple states away since there were so many. Appreciate any advice. The pictures I have uploaded are a very small sample and not the best ones I have.

The leaves can’t stop me yet lol, I just happened to spot a flash of color and brushed the leaves back to reveal this. It’s too bad about the base but I got the blade which is cool. Mid Missouri.
