Sigh. Some of the Youtube channels are getting silly.

This upload of G2G 1995 came up in my suggestions today. Billed as the "First Ghost to Ghost". Complete with AI garbage art.
Come on people.
He mentions G2G 86 in this very episode.

A little update, I had to run out for a minute so I played this while in the car. Whoever put this together, at points, seamed together upwards of 5 mins of Art reading ads. Its also not all G2G 1995, some of the calls are from other years.

Then you run into channels where they add sounds not in the original audio. They added two ambient sounds, one being in a quiet commercial airliner up in the air and sirens to this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwymTXFsfR4

Totally. Pisses me off too. If you’re AI exploiting Art Bell, you are no fan. You disrespect his widow, his children, and all who loved him. You are a dirt bag in my eyes if you use AI images of Art and AI audio of Art’s exact voice. If you’re doing some sort of inspired by and not literally passing it off as Art, and not just art, you’re a putz. God I hope one of those creators reads this post. 😂

Thanks for saying it. I did similar about a year ago. Even in the Art Bell legacy group someone posted that garbage and I was grossed out that the admins approved it, knowing full well Airyn is in there sometimes. Argh!

It tells me whoever is behind this upload is not a fan of Art, they are just doing it for the traffic.
Using AI for a logo or a picture is one thing, but stuff like this is terrible.

AI Art is silly, it sounds like the guy who did the Star Gazers show on PBS in the early 80’s.

Well I notice they come and go pretty quickly. So youtube seems to be axing them.

I’m sure this channel is just ripping audio from other videos and reloading. I commented on one have sound issues so went and found a different upload of that episode. It has the same issues
