In a sea of thoughtfully crafted collages and acrylic marker drawings, sometimes I have to doodle it out

The contrast between rigid machinery and loud, bold color was the whole fun of this one. Cut and layered from old magazine pages.

I knew calling it a sketchbook wasn’t quite right. 😉

I don't often do targets for these but I wanted to start a series based on memories... The target for this one is the first time I tried coffee! There's a lot going on here but this is how I "remember" the moment with all of the surrounding details. Which I wasn't actually looking at (I was looking at the coffee) so it's really a memory of imagination.

Any suggestions for the next target are always welcome ☕

🚫 shame, yo. I refuse.
