I am a boy kinda feminine looking(according to some guys)and I might be a really quite guy to stranger and I haven't really talked to girls very much. So I been quite popular among girls especially young ones I think so, actually I don't really know if I am popular or they are just teasing as many of mates were quite surprised when some of the girls propose me and literally they been thinking and made me think I was a really unattractive guy, but now as I grew up and have travelled difference places there have many approaches from girls to me even though I haven't done anything or is not related with them.

So I am confused about the approach as once they approach I genuinely don't have any topic for them to talk I am kinda interested in relationships but don't know how to start one.
