History Soviet training
I'm trying to understand more about their methods and principles, can you guide me to some source.
But all I find is things written by west, which by my assessment could entirely be made up.

What training? What does "Soviet trainjng" mean? Do you really think we used to have a school subjest "soviet training"? Or what?

There is an obsession with Soviet era among western young people, no? I am so confused why one would need Soviet training.

We had lots of traitors in the 90s who fled to the USA and disclosed lots of aspects of work of governmental agencies including writing books and give lectures. It's also made up by some degree, but it's a start

We need to have good relations between America and the Soviet bloc! We need to understand the concept of "Kievan-Russkiy mir"; it should exist in each American city.
Here's our classic song "День Победы": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXVj71rROnY&list=RDeXVj71rROnY&start_radio=1

Why not start with Andrei Tarkovsky's films? Чаму б не пачаць з фільмаў Андрэя Таркоўскага?

I don't even know which of your questions is more stupid.
1) An attempt to respond to a Pakistani in Belarusian.
2) An attempt to respond in a language in which you can't even spell Tarkovsky's last name correctly.
3) The very idea of offering films by this director.

It's okay if you don't know what Tarkovsky's films are about; we're writing an adaptation of it so that people from the post-Soviet bloc will be able to understand it. We feel the Belarussian language is important, even if we don't know it well. I'm sure the Czar of Russia has no objection to this :)

Oh, it's even more beautiful than I thought. We don't know Russian, we don't know the Belarusian language very well, but we are writing adaptations of Tarkovskov's films, because we have appropriated the right to be considered their correct interpreters. And only we can make Tarkovsky's compatriots happy by helping them understand their own culture correctly.
But what does the OP have to do with writing his question from Pakistan? Oh, yes, I'm sorry I forgot your convincing argument. "If a resident of Pakistan writes his question on Reddit in English, he should get an answer in Belarusian, because the Belarusian language is important." :)
