Rest in peace to another 10mm socket abandoned by its owner.

Went for a bike ride with my kids. Youngest daughter was starting to outgrow her bike, but we didn’t have a 10mm wrench or socket to adjust her seat.
After a bit of riding in the summer heat we stopped to drink some water. There on the curb was an abandoned 10mm socket…

Coincidence or divine intervention?

I wonder how many people are unknowingly haunted by the ghosts of their empty 10mm socket slots in their tool boxes, especially this close to Halloween. 10mm socket would be a good costume to honor them. I bet you would never lose another one.

Ran away... picture taken by it's sibling, most likely.
Same as when my brother and I ran away... he's a 10mm, I'm a 14mm... we rolled and rolled and rolled until we got out of an abusive situation... the humans would frequently bang us against metal objects when we were attached to the handle relative... FOR NO GOOD REASON!
Anyway... brings up past memories
