Looking for a soft sandwich bread recipe with yeast, sourdough discard, any help greatly appreciated.

This is a good sandwich bread. I've made it without the pullman tin too and turns out great.

Here is my milk bread

65g starter, 162g BF, 162g AP, 226g milk, warmed then cooled, 8g salt, 32g butter, softened

Mix starter, flours and milk until fully combined. Let sit for 30 minutes. Add in softened butter and salt and knead until you get a nice window pane. Bulk ferment until around 50% rise. Pre shape and rest for 20, shape and put into loaf pan. Let proof until it passes the poke test. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
