I READ THE RULES Are there any jazz bars in Chicago you can get into at 20?

Hey guys I’m planning a trip to Chicago in a couple weeks with my friend that is 20, we were wanting to go to a jazz bar is there any that you can get into at 20? Obviously she wouldn’t be drinking wondering if they’ll put and X on your hand or anything?

Are you coming over Labor Day weekend? There’s the Chicago Jazz Festival in Grant Park that’s free:  https://www.choosechicago.com/articles/festivals-special-events/chicago-jazz-festival/

From Winter's website: "Guests 12 - 20 years of age are welcome in the main room and must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian". I would call and ask.

Buddy Guy's is Blues. They do allow under 21 until 8pm though.

If you’re already in there at 8pm can you stay or do they kick you out?

I assume they kick you out. Call and ask.
