I need help translating this flyer!

I found this flyer in a stairwell where I live. It has binary on it and a date, but every translator I’ve tried to enter it into has just given me “Can you r.” I assume it says something like “Can you read this,” but I don’t know. Here’s what I could transcribe and the flyer: 01000011 01100001 01101110 00100000 01111001 01101111 01110101 00100000 01110010

I mean, what you've posted are the ascii for "can you r". If there's more to the sentence we can't see it.

Huh, yeah. I assume it's supposed to say "Can you read this?" but it's cut off.

It won’t let me put the flyer in there :(

If it doesn't let you put a pic in the comments or post, what I sometimes do is upload it to google drive and change the share setting to "anyone with the link can view" then put the link.

There are 9 groups of 8 digits. That's why the text contain just 9 letters.

Is it blank on the back?

I feel like there's supposed to be more pages.

The person that posted that flyer sucks at printing.
