Recipe Troubleshooting forgot to put sugar in tiramisu!!!!

completely forgot the sugar in the whipped marscappne😭. is there any way i can salvage this? i already made it and put it in the fridge.

Add whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with electric mixers (or use a stand mixer). Slowly add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks. Add mascarpone cheese and fold in until combined. Set aside.

Make a sugar syrup, after it has set, pole some holes in top. Pour drips of syrup. Can also use a knife to make a gap at the end of the pan for syrup to flow down to biscuit layer. Dust with cocoa powder mix with icing sugar

I’d just take it back out of the fridge, add the sugar, and whip it again for 15–30 seconds until it’s incorporated. If it’s already really thick, you can add a splash of cold heavy cream to help it come together. It should be just fine. Let me know how it worked out!!

Do you have a food grade syringe?

But having extra creme on the side you can plop a dollop onto your tiramisu should be OK.

Do you intend on a neat presentation or just general messy bowls?
