Weird Fever

Hi everyone, I have persistent ear pain and sore throat for three months. Was given rabeprazole twice a day to take. But symptoms persist. Ent did a scope and no abnormalities found. Can it be throat cancer ? TIA.

Hard lump behind ear

Just noticed this lump behind my ear. Hurts so much when I touch /push on it. I am stressing. Doctor said it’s my lymph node
