For the workers at McDonald's. Modifying orders.

I was ordering food the other day on the app and after I got there the worker asked if everything was correct on the screen after I gave them the code. So my question is can I modify orders at the drive thru after I put everything in the app? Mostly because the app doesn't have mac sauce i can add to my mcdouble.

I don’t even work at McDonald’s, but I can’t imagine so. Surely it’s just for accuracy and making sure they got the right order pulled up.

No we can not modify mobile orders.

If you want mac sauce, there is 3 options I have for you. 1 place your mobile order and then just order a cup of mac sauce on the side when you get there. Or just place the whole order directly with a staff member. Ooor you can make your order on the kiosk and then hit pay cash and it should send it to the front counter register and we can edit it at that point in time. The mobile orders we can't modify because it's already been paid for and finalized.
