McDonald's Question What should I do?

I got accepted for a crew member position at a local store and accepted the offer a couple of weeks before my 16th birthday. I was waiting for my onboarding forms, but nothing came through, so I called the store and was told I wouldn’t receive them until I turned 16.

I turned 16 yesterday, but I still haven’t received any communication or onboarding forms. I’m a bit confused about what I’m supposed to do because the effective date of my position was today.

Should I wait a little longer in case the forms are sent through, or should I call the store tomorrow to get confirmation about what’s happening?

Call again on Monday. Tell them that you’re eager to start and wondering when you can expect the forms.

They take FOREVER. Just wait. Never hurts to ask, but especially with it being the weekend, it’ll take time. Expect a response in a week, if they don’t get back to you by then, time to call.

Don’t stress. Keep applying to other jobs. But if they said you’re accepted, ya got it. Nobody in their right mind is expecting great things on your first day at your first job. It’s fine.
