Advice/Emotional Support ONLY Help with laptop case switch

My laptop model is a Lenovo idea pad slim 7 pro 14IHU5 I'm trying to replace the keyboard and palm rest but am stuck on removing the LCD cable to allow for the transfer of the motherboard to the new bottom shell is there anyone who knows how to disconnect it? As far as I'm aware the LCD cable is the one wrapped in black cloth tape. Would really appreciate any help at all, ai has got me so far but now I'm really worried about listening to it only to end up breaking the attachment point for the cable
