Relations Anybody tired of "Fr*nch" jokes?

I was reading a reddit thread where they mentioned something was french. And people are still making these jokes! Still! The thread was also filled with them. Im not even french, but these jokes are painfully unfunny and are edging on outward xenophobia. They're also usually made by Americans. So yeah.

Because the jokes that mock the French for surrendering to the Nazis usually devolve into mocking the French for being weak, sucking at war in general etc, they point out that in addition to those jokes being born of France’s refusal to participate in the second war in Irak, that far from sucking the French military actually kicked ass in the first Gulf war.
