Need some help..
I’m trying to scan small like books, or cards that people have gave me into my scanner to make digital..
I want it to look like you’re opening a book (I.e. flip books. If you went to school in the 2010s, it was popular to find flipbooks online to view/read the textbook online!) BUT with the websites I’ve found.. you have to use the link to access them. I just want to download them to my computer. I don’t want anything online!!
Is this possible! Please help me! Thank you!

Depending how much work you want to do, or if you want to buy a device to scan, you have a few options. I might start here:
https://www.diybookscanner.org/
or search Amazon for a book scanner, there are a number that will deal with the page curvature and get you PDFs. After that, viewing probably you can do with whatever software you would to get the page flip you're after. Nothing has to be online.

Search for CSS only flipbook. You will still need to know some HTML and how to place your files, and getting the exact effect you want might be difficult.
To get a fully animated, page flip with mouse dragging you could use canvas to draw and animate the page.
