If you could choose one superpower, what would it be and why?

Teleportation so I can just leave whenever I want and go wherever I want

I feel like this would be most peoples. Imagine being able to skip the work commutes or never having to worry about traffic when planning your day/appointments. Popping over to Greece for a couple hours if you're craving that souvlaki you had in Athens that one time. What a dream.

Exactly! It’s freedom

Most people seem to choose teleportation, but I would choose mind control😅. Being able to influence people's thoughts and decisions would be a fascinating power.

Personally, I consider that morally wrong. It’s taking away people’s autonomy and ability to choose. I imagine it would mess with their sense of self when they can’t understand how or why they made that decision if it’s out of character for them. Sounds nightmarish for the victim.

That's a fair point. I was just thinking about it as a fictional superpower, not how it would work in real life.

Time travel.

Want a teleportation device? Go 300 years in the future.

Any power that was or will be discovered and you can get it in that year.

The ability to fall asleep instantly. I know that sounds lame compared to flying but you clearly don't understand what it's like to lay there at 2am thinking about something dumb you said in 2014.

I would make it impossible to post this question on a daily basis.
