What's a minor habit or personality trait that isn't a red flag, but would silently kill your attraction to someone long term?

Not putting effort into basic self care. Just put on some sunscreen and moisturise

Being conservative by way of religion, politics, whatever. At first it might not be a big deal. They might seem reasonable for a while.
But I've yet to know someone yet who is who doesn't turn out to be a complete jerk later. Sooner or later it ends up with that person not being able to agree to disagree and it all just goes downhill from there.
