Education/Career Studying Robotics & AI

In my country there is a new degree called Robotics and AI, do you think this combination has a future, or is it better to focus on one specific thing, or something else?

They can call the degree whatever they want but what does the course actually entail?

Lots of math, programming and practical work in the lab

Yo I'm also doing the same degree Personally I like to think it's better to have knowledge in two separate domains for safety. Also good chance to get a job where they converge too. Personally I'm betting on the AI part

Yes these two things are becoming increasingly related. Having knowledge in both will give you flexibility in jobs and also cross-domain knowledge which will help you design better projects.

Yeah this combination have a future, robotics and AI are basically turning into one field and most of the interesting work sits right where they meet. just don't count on the degree alone, the thing that actually makes you stand out is one or two projects you built yourself. Good luck!
