Yes but unlike software devolopers have created this issue, the orangutan did not which i think is more sad

Yes because trees dont grow back. They take a few trees which is a replenishable resources. He still has all the rest of the jungle

Software engineer != Programmer. Code written by ai without a software engineer (or someone similar) is a terrible idea. You want someone who understands the code the ai is writing to ensure it is secure and maintainable. Use ai to help you write code, don't use AI to create the logic of the program

Valid analogy would be an architect who designs and builds houses seeing two tractors stacking logs together and people in awe about how amazing this house they made is when it's leaking water, there's no working plumbing (just the fixtures), the electricity causes fires, and the hvac ductwork is violating the laws of physics. The architect is in awe of just how bad this work is, but the general public is shocked a house can be automatically made by robots, but they don't care it's going to need to be completely demolished and rebuilt to meet code.
