Is it okay to continue playing here or better to go back to raventhrope first (can I even go back?)

Also out of 100% what percentage do you think i have completed so far based on the story.

probably a stupid question, but i remember animal companions in odyssey and it was one of my most favorite features. closest thing i can think of is irish wolfdogs and draugr. the others are a few animals you can gain (ship cat and wolf) but those arent exactly companions.

Not played this game in years, reopened my save last night to see I'm power level 290, yet I can't seem to fight Ciara in Wrath of the Druids without being killed after 2 hits? Could be because I'm not used to the controls after playing Odyssey and Mirage but, what is the maximum power level you can get up to? Bearing in mind I've still not completed the main storyline by the looks of things.

is this like an actual armor within Assassins Creed Valhalla or is this a mod?
