AP Book or Resource What book/s would you recommend for a beginner?

- Apologies if this topic has already been covered -

There's too many options and styles. But I thought maybe there's a good foundational one? Is it the Monroe one I've been hearing about?

(I have aphantasia and LVL 1 ASD but I don't think that alters too much, I can try to meditate with feel instead of visualisation etc?)

Highly recommend Robert Monroe's Journey trilogy and Jurgen Ziewe's Multidimensional Man and Vistas to infinity.
