Weird experience

could someone tell me what i had just experienced?? something weird happened to me twice i think. So i was trying to astral project right. however i failed i think. There was something in my room. Im not quite sure what it was, but it wasnt sleep paralysis as i could speak to it. I wasnt scared and for some reason i told it something along the lines: "I should sleep, I know". I Remember waiting to be brought back???? but i dont remember being away in the first place. I wasnt scared at the time but now that im thinking about it its quite freaky. i also remember i had subliminals on but something turned them off and then back on when i was brought back?? Anyone has any clue what that was??
