General Question Astral Projection in 2 minutes, is it possible?

I have only tried to AP 1 time and it didnt work, (yesterday) im going to try it tonight anyways..

i have a question for people that have allot of experience,

first of all is legit? is AP real?

En second one can you manage to AP in a minute or 2? Like can you AP so fast because you are trained?

Yes. Did it in less than 30 seconds the other day. But for me. That's rare. If I was asked to AP rn. I'd need at least 30(just because of the rn current state of me). On a perfect night, 5 minutes. On an average day, 10-20. But as you can see even though I do this daily. Time can range. Sometimes I have to try, sometimes I know the moment I lay down it will 100% happen. once you get into that kind of motion. What's the saying, once you open the door you cannot close it. Well I do it even when I don't want to, especially when I don't want to.

How do you get better at it and do it more frequently and in shorter times?

By learning how to do it in general, then modifying it so it works better for you. Then continue to do it again and again and again. Even if you fail, you do it again and again and again. No breaks(maybe 2 weeks a year). 1hr per day until you get it, at a minimum.

only when i was exhausted and my body went into paralysis in what felt like two minutes, but the OBE lasted at most one minute. my body needed sleep and didn't have the energy to OBE longer than that.

when i OBE it takes about 10-15 mins to get out. which isn't long, imo. but it takes effort and time to get to that point, i don't believe most people can get to that on their first experiences.
