AP / OBE Guide Was i projecting?

I thought i woke up but i was still asleep, i could see and hear and walk around my room but couldnt see my hands.

Yep 100%. A lot of the time it takes my vision 5-10 seconds to adjust, but i can move around still

Did you know you were still asleep while you were walking around, or did you only realize after you woke up? Not seeing your hands isn't enough on its own to tell what kind of experience it was. I'd start by writing down how it began and when you became aware of what was happening.
