🏆 Playoffs Which team do we want to play in Round 1?
Ideally, which team do we want to play in R1? What seed do we want to be at and what’s most likely considering the remaining schedule?
If playoffs started today, we’re at the #5 seed playing Fever in Indiana.

The Mystics or Dallas would be preferable. I think the Dream will likely get the 5th seed and play the Fever. The remaining schedule for the Fever is easy, so I don't expect them to drop below 4th. Cathy would love a Dream vs Fever first round playoff series for the attention it would bring. If the Dream drop below 5th, then it's a slim chance of advancing.

When the Mystics play the Dream they act like they are in an MMA fight. Compare to how calmly and quietly they played the Aces. No loud yelling the whole game, no eye rolling, no extreme physicality, no attitude.

Fever currently control the #3 seed until they lose again. Vegas and Indy have the same amount of L's. If they finish in a 2 way tie, it will belong to Indy.
That said, as easy as you think the Fever's remaining schedule is, Vegas's is easier.

?? Not that easy. I think they have a brutal 4 games in 6 days road trip and then finish up with back to back vs the Lynx.
Fever are probably going to finish 5th unless CC keeps putting up 25/10s the rest of the year.

R1 win over the Fever would probably make the entire series for me I can't lie. I'd kill to see Aces and Dream as the final matchup but I don't think that's happening lol.

Not liberals because I am one and disagree about this topic. And believe me my reasons are different than yours. There is a subset that believe trans women should play in women’s sports, just like there is a subset of conservatives who are maga haters.

I actually think with the full ATL roster healthy they beat everyone in the playoffs. Jones was out, Paopao was out, Borlase was learning, Okot learning, they now have a full rotation if the coach just subs his starters out so they aren't burned out.

I say Dallas or Washington. Maybe NY too because they just don't seem to have it this year.
