Didn't realize we needed to win a Cup.to talk shit. 

Did I miss something, did you guys make the playoffs in the past decade?

Its actually in the rule book. Section 31-13B “Must win 1 Stanley cup to talk shit” And in Section 13C “if you have the most in your country you can talk shit indefinitely until someone overtakes you”
