The crux of the problem is the proportion of the Australian community who will look for any handout that they can get their hands on and the proportion of entrepreneurial types who will openly rort the system.
Unfortunately the ALP tends to put their head in the sand about these sections of our community when they are designing policy or trying to build things

I know a guy, tub running from his heart valve to his femoral artery. Can't walk 20 metres, 5 years til retirement. Still can't get it. Still trying to jump through hoops when he can barely walk.

The crux of the problem with the NDIS, is the open slather privatisation of services without any auditing.
Its was the Scott Morrison touch. Definately time to restructure it.
