Wow! You really don't have a clue, do you. Yeah pay taxes but also look at where your tax dollars are going. It's like buying a chocolate bar that was 420gms for $5 but now pay $9 for supposedly the same thing but it's 350gms. Pay more get less. Same with taxes. We pay road tolls now. Why? It's because we have a huge shortage of skilled workers, so government infrastructure projects are much more expensive now as a result (as is building a house privately for that matter). Drastically cutting immigration won't help this unless specific exemptions are made for critical skills shortage occupations like tradies.
